Terms & Conditions – Spicy Points

1. Definitions
- Spicy Points: The trade name of the company that sells dart accessories.
- Customer: Any natural or legal person who places an order via the webshop.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Spicy Points and to every agreement concluded between Spicy Points and the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
- Offers and prices are without obligation and can be changed at any time.
- Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Spicy Points.
4. Orders and payment

- Payment is made via the offered payment methods. Orders are only processed after receipt of full payment.

5. Delivery

- Complaints must be reported in writing within a reasonable time after discovery via info@spicypoints.com.
- In the event of a justified complaint, Spicy Points will replace or refund the product free of charge.
8. Liability
- Spicy Points is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, lost profits or loss of data.
- The liability of Spicy Points is in all cases limited to the purchase amount of the product in question.
- Spicy Points is not liable for any damage to dartboards, darts, or other materials used by the customer when using the products sold by Spicy Points.
9. Privacy
- Spicy Points respects the privacy of its customers and processes personal data according to the applicable laws and regulations. See also our Privacy Statement.
10. Applicable law and disputes
- Dutch law applies to all agreements.
- Disputes are preferably resolved in consultation. If necessary, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Spicy Points is located.
