At Spicy Points we want you to be happy with your purchase. Still not satisfied? Then you can use your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for returns:

• Return notification within 14 days after receiving your order
• Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging
• Please include the invoice or packing slip with your return shipment.
• The customer is responsible for return costs
• Preferably return with PostNL

Exceptions:

• Personalized items cannot be returned
• Used or opened products will not be accepted

Refund:

After receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
